A NEEDS ASSESSMENT FOR DEVELOPING THE ETTECTIVENESS OF WORK PERFORMANCE STANDARS UNDER LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN NONG KHAI PROVINC

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of the study of needs and to develop effectiveness in accordance with the Child Development Center's operating standards; Child Development Center This research was a descriptive research with a sample group being the director of the Education Division. Academics study teachers who took care of 226 children, which were randomly divided into classes. Data collection consisted of 2 phases. Phase 1 was quantitative data collection using questionnaires with a questionnaire reliability of 0.983. Data were analyzed. with statistical values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and prioritization of essential needs. Phase 2 qualitative data collection. By analyzing the data from interviews with experts to find ways to improve effectiveness according to the standards of child development centers.
The results showed that The current and desirable state of needs education is necessary to improve effectiveness in accordance with the standards of implementation of child development centers. Overall, it was found that Average current condition level At the moderate level (X = 3.33), while the mean level of the desirable condition was at the highest level (X = 4.93). From the results of the data analysis, it was found that the mean level of the present condition was lower than the level of the desirable condition on each side. all sides The need is necessary to develop effectiveness in accordance with the operating standards of child development centers. It was found that the priorities of the necessary needs are as follows: No. 1 is academic and curriculum activities (PNIModified = 0.505), No. 2 is Child Development Center Management (PNIModified = 0.500), and No. 3 is Child Development Center (PNIModified = 0.500) Personnel (PNIModified = 0.473)
