PROBLEMS WITH ENFORCEMENT LAW REGARDING SECURITY BUSINESSES

          This article of this study were: 1) Study measures to control security business in Thailand 2) Law enforcement problems according to the Security Business Act and 3) suggestions. It is a qualitative research method based on the study of documents, gather law enforcement information comments concerning the positive and negative impacts of law enforcement on business operators. Security professional and the general public from documents, news, articles, laws and related research and bring the collected data to analyze the content.

          The results of the research were as follows: 1) Security business control measures According to the Security Business Act B.E. 2558, it shall come into force after one hundred and twenty days from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Except for the provisions in Chapter 1 and Section 72, they shall come into force from the day following the date of their publication in the Government Gazette, effective from March 4, 2016. 2) Positive impact it is beneficial to the safety of people, society and service users. Standardization Compulsory graduation of Mathayom 3 or higher makes people feel safe and trustworthy. Negative effects increased costs Management and to employees and 3) Suggestions Related agencies must supervise the security business. Including measures to supervise Enforce laws against security businesses and coordinating with the establishment and should study and understand the Security Business Act according to the enforcement that may affect the security business.
