Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) evaluate the moral school management for private vocational education colleges and 2) study the guidelines of the moral school management for private vocational education colleges. The target group for developing the moral school management plan was 21 administrators and department heads of Veerapat Technology College. The target group for evaluating the moral school management was 4 administrators of Veerapat Technology College. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to find percentages, means, standard deviations, and comparison statistics. The research results found that the evaluation of the moral school management plan has a comparative result of the moral school management after organizing the activity, which is higher than the average before organizing the activity which the statistically significant at the level .01. The evaluation of the opinions of the educational institution administrators on the moral school management was at the highest level, reflecting the appropriateness and efficiency of the moral school management, resulting in the institutions being able to develop both in terms of morality and management in a sustainable manner.
