Abstract
Abstract
The main purposes of this research was to develop the academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College. The research was divided into 5 steps. The first step was to study the conditions and the quidelines of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College. The research instruments were document analysis and a questionnaire conducted with 28 school administrators and teachers who were obtained by Stratified Random Sampling. An interview was conducted with 6 experts who were obtained by Purposive Sampling. The second step was to create the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College. The research instruments were components synthesis. Focus group conducted of 13 experts and related persons. The development of academic administration was checked by the focus group of a experts. 11 experts who were obtained by Purposive Sampling were the informants to assess the appropriateness and the possibility of the development. The third step was to try out the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College with 4 projects in 1 semester. The fourth step was to perform the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College with 4 projects in 1 academic year. The fifth step was to evaluate the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College. The informants were the school administratiors, teachers, students and extablishments, who were obtained by Purposive Sampling. The reports and the questionnaire were research instruments. The data were analyzed using percentage, means, standard deviation and content analysis.
The findings were as follows:
- In general, the condition for the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College was at the moderate level. The guidelines for the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College were at follows : instructional curriculum should be managed. The committee should be assigned for academic administration liking with vocational standard. The process of academic administration liking with vocational standard should be set. There should have the evaluation of the performances.
- The development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College consisted of 3 main components 17 indicators as follows: the first component was input. The second component was the process. The third component was the product.
- The experiment for the implementation of the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College with 4 projects was found that the project achievement was at the high level. The satisfaction towards the projects was at the hihgent level.
- The performances for the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College was found that the project achievement was at the highest level. The satisfaction towards the project was at the highest level.
- The evaluations of the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College were as follows: 1) Students’ competencies in knowledge and skill for vocational subject was increasing with 14.31 percent and the knowledge and skill for basical application subject was increasing with 11.45 percent students’ knowledge application and responsibility were at the highest levels. 2) 100 percent of students could pass occupational standard test of National Skill Development Office. 3) 76.58 percent of greduates got jobs and be success in their careers. 4) Students’ satisfaction towards the development of academic administration liking with vocational standard : A case of Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College were at the highest levels. 5) Establishment’s satisfaction towards graduates’ competencies in Electrical and Solar Energy Program of Sukhothai Polytechnic College was at the highest level.
