Abstract
This research has the objective as to study the participation of school and establishments in the administration of Dual Vocational Education to propose guidelines for the participation of educational institutions and enterprises in administration. Dual vocational education under the vocational institutes of Bangkok according to the opinion of experts by analysis the data from interviews were analyzed. with the method of thematic analysis
The research result showed that Participation of educational institutions and enterprises in the administration of dual vocational education under Bangkok vocational institutes composed with 6 points as 1. Participation of educational institutions and enterprises in the administration of dual vocational education 2. Participation in personnel development training together 3. Participation in student supervision 4. Attitude participation 5. Innovation and invention 6. Learning resources and proposals for the participation of educational institutions and enterprises in the administration of dual Vocational education in the dual colleges under the Bangkok Vocational Education Institute can be divided into 7 points 1. Training of trainers in the workplace 2. Participation in teacher development 3. Personnel for vocational training 4. Preparation before the internship 5. Working aspect 6. Trainer's skill aspect 7. Collaborative training plan planning aspect.
