Abstract THE MODEL FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF NEW MORMAL LEARNING AFTER COVID-19 CRISIS TO DEVELOP THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL STUDENTS IN CHANGING CONTEXT, NAKHONTHAI INDUSTRIAL AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION COLLEGE THE MODEL FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF NEW MORMAL LEARNING AFTER COVID-19 CRISIS TO DEVELOP THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL STUDENTS IN CHANGING CONTEXT, NAKHONTHAI INDUSTRIAL AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION COLLEGE

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions and the guidelines for the administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19 crisis to develop the quality of vocational students changing context. 2) to create the model for the administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19 crisis to develop the quality of vocational students in changing context, Nakhonthai Industrial and Community Education College, 3) to try out and evaluate to implementation of the model. The population consisted of 38 persons namely  4 school administrators and 38 teachers and data collection from 120 students. The research instrument were data record form, a questionnaire, and an interview. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

            The research findings were as follows: 1. In general, the condition of the administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19 crisis to develop the quality of vocational students in changing context was at the moderate level. The guideline for the administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19 crisis to develop the quality of vocational students in changing context. were as follow: 1) The educational goals for the development of students. 2) The guidelines for the educational administration with be consistent with New Normal 3) The evaluation should be well-managed. 2. The model to developed consisted of 4 components as follows: 1) The goal of educational administration to develop the quality of vocational students after COVID-19 crisis. 2) The administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19. 3) The educational evaluation and 4) The success condition for the administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19 crisis. 3. The experiment of model implementation was found that the appropriateness, the possibility and the utility were at the highest levels. The participants’ satisfactions towards the project were at the highest level. The evaluation of model implementation were as follows: 1) For knowledge and skill, it was found that students’ learning achievement increase at 11.16 percent 2) Students’ satisfactions towards the administration of New Normal learning after COVID-19 crisis to develop the quality of vocational students in changing context were at the highest levels. 3) The satisfactions of the administrators and teachers towards the model were at the high levels.
