MODEL OF TEACHING SUPERVISION WITHIN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITH THE PIMDE PROCESS OF LOBURI TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the components of the model; 2) develop the model; 3) implement the model; and 4) evaluate the results of the model implementation. This research employed a research and development design consisting of four phases. Phase 1 involved studying the components, principles, concepts, and theories related to the model. Phase 2 focused on developing the model through a focus group discussion with seven experts, and examining the quality of the model and its handbook by five experts selected through purposive sampling. Phase 3 involved implementing the model with a sample group consisting of deputy directors and teachers, totaling 152 participants. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, and the participants were selected through stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Phase 4 involved evaluating the model implementation with a sample group of 148 teachers. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, and the participants were selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments included a focus group discussion form, questionnaires, and report forms. The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the study of the model components resulted in five main components; and 2) the developed teaching supervision model within educational institutions using the PIMDE process consisted of five components: Planning (P), Informing (I), Motivating (M), Doing (D), and Evaluating (E), with a total of 27 indicators.
