Abstract

             The​ Value​ added on​ Identity design​ of​ Yakang Tourism Community, Mueang Narathiwat District, Narathiwat Province. The objective is to create a design that reflects Community identity And design identities that create value for the tourist attraction by the community. The research team has studied the history, context and identity of the area. Community problems and needs From documents and travel into the area. Then determine the design direction. And design works such as logo, identity Graphic, mascots, packaging, shop signs and landscape design. By encouraging the community to participate in giving comments and suggestions for improvement.

               And make an evaluation of the identity design by using questionnaires to collect data. The sample consisted of 116 people found that female more than male. Aged between 25-36 years, Self-employed. Which are villagers in the community and earn mostly from 5,001-10,000 baht per month. Evaluation of creative design a for the satisfaction with the design work, They were found to be very satisfied. In which the most satisfactory design work is a logo, table cover and apron. In terms of design efficiency It was found that the most satisfactory matter was to reflect the identity of the community. It can be further developed with other communication designs of the community, suitable for the potential of the community, economical and self-reliant. Able to promote tourism in a unique community, Easy to create recognition with beautiful designs, Suitable for the target audience and the community participates in providing information and suggestions. In the overall design results. They are most satisfied with the design work that can be used to create value for tourism by the community.
