Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) To study the needs of teachers’ online learning management 2) To analyze the causes of the needs of teacher's online learning management.
3) To propose the guidelines of developing teachers’ online learning management skills.
The sample consisted of 177 teachers in the secondary school teacher under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom, Academic Year 2021 by using the G*Power.
The online questionnaire by Google Form and focus group were used for the research instrument. Quantitative data is analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
Priority needs using Modified Priority Index and qualitative analysis using content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) Teachers had the most of the needs to using media, innovation and educational technology (0.29). Next to, the online learning measurement and evaluation (0.20), preparation of the online learning management (0.19) and online learning management (0.17), respectively. 2) The causes of the highest needs in each point were lack of skills and experience in using digital technology, lack of experience in motivating learners to be motivation and participation in online learning activities. 3) Approaches to development the ability to manage online learning about the preparation of online learning management is the teachers should be finding the knowledge to apply with the online learning management. Then, the online learning management is the teachers should inquire about the needs of the learners, create atmosphere and encourage students to assertive. Next, the use of innovative media and educational technology is the teachers should practice with the management of online learning skill and the agency should encourage teachers to attend the online learning management training.

Finally, the measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes in the online format is teachers should exchange with the professional learning communities (PLC) and engage students in forming agreements to measure learning outcomes.
