ความเด่นด้านเนื้อหาและกลไกแสดงความเด่นทางภาษาในราชกิจจานุเบกษา ที่ประกาศในสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 (Prominence of Content and Linguistic Device Mechanism in the Royal Gazette Announced in the Situation of the Epidemic of COVID-19)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study content predominance and language mechanism used to show content predominance in the Government Gazette announced in the epidemic situation of COVID–19. By collecting information from the Government Gazette of the type of regulations issued under Article 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations, B.E. 2548 from March 2020 to June 2021 total 24 documents. The results showed that the prominence of content in the Royal Gazette represented showed by 3 linguistic mechanisms, in descending order: 1) the mechanism of repetition; Prominence of the content are: 1.1) Prohibition of activities that cause the epidemic of COVID–19 1.2) Relaxing prohibition of activities to allow people to return to normal life 1.3) The outbreak of COVID–19 is something that must be addressed urgently and decisively. 2) the mechanism of thematic; Prominence of the content are: 2.1) Principles of compliance in the COVID–19 epidemic situation 2.2) Measures in the epidemic situation of COVID–19 2.3) Principles of operation in the epidemic situation of COVID–19 2.4) Principles of prevention of COVID–19 and 3) Mechanism of thematic and topic order; Prominence of the content are: The COVID–19 Management Plan, which these mechanisms also demonstrate the importance that the government has issued through the Government Gazette as a general rule of thumb for people's actions to survive the COVID–19 epidemic situation
