Development and design rag product for housewife group Ban ton-chocke Sankampaeng, district, Chiang mai province.

Abstract

This research aims to 1. design and development The bagsand the pillow by using 12 zodiac distortion technique 2. study the satisfaction of new Products by using 12 zodiac. The methodology included; studying data such as primary data, context, Original Products and, identity of the Sankampang community. Study design and Conceptual process ,were analyzed to, Guidelines of Product design and development. The idea of design and development came from community’s demand which prefer animal shapes and put on various kinds of product while keeping value and entity of Rag Patching Works . So that, the researcher had suggested the community to use twelve zodiac pictures which are beautiful and favorable for housewife group, it was easy for the group Cando it youself. Researcher proposed creative idea and combined it with the community’s ideas, then became the results which were 15 drafts based on Culture lifestyle and 10 drafts based on community’s culture. The research found that the demand of developing small Wallet and pillow shape were in high level with average of 4.5 out of 5 and most of them also satisfied the overview of development in high level with average of 4.45 out of 5 which evaluate on three topics; 1. shape 2. utility 3. marketing
