Study and analysis for finding the color identity according to personality from Phatthalung Province for design.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study, research and analyze the identity color from arts and culture traditions and local knowledge in Phatthalung province.  According to the theory of color image scale theory according to personality which the color studied can reflect different personality of Phatthalung province.  To be used in various designs That want to present the personality of Phatthalung province.  The research guidelines were analytical study form, interview and conclusion form.  By starting from a study of different documents / websites related to Phatthalung province Then analyze the data then interview the opinions of experts in Phatthalung province.  There is a distributed selection by criteria whom is a resident of Phatthalung province for more than 30 years, divided into 3 groups, namely government officials who have positions that are related to art and culture There are 5 people, including philosophers of local knowledge in Phatthalung. 5 people, including a group of young people who are related to art and culture there are 5 people, including the knowledge and local knowledge of Phatthalung province, totaling 15 people to share ideas from the analysis.

Evaluation summary the main colors can be classified into 2 groups: Classic Style is lush green and natural style is wisdom brown. When the researcher searched the Phatthalung provincial logo and compared it with the color group that was analyzed according to the reflection color according to Kobayashi's personality, it was consistent.
