Abstract

               The research entitled “Development of Designed Clothing from Native Woven Fabrics of Phitsanulok” aims to 1) investigate the information of Phitsanulok’s native woven fabric patterns, 2) develop designed clothing from native woven fabrics of Phitsanulok and 3) measure the consumer satisfaction for the clothing from native woven fabrics of Phitsanulok. The sample of this research comprised 398 working age women, selected by using the accidental sampling technique form working age woman resided in Mueang district of Phitsanulok province. The questionnaire and clothing prototypes were used as a tool for the consumer satisfaction data collecting. The descriptive used for statistical analysis in the study were the frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research findings are as follows; (1)Most of the respondents are single (48.99%) ageing between 21 to 30 years old (48.49%). They are mainly private company employees (43.97%) having the monthly income from 15,000 to 20,000 baht per month (28.14%) and have an educational background in a bachelor degree level (56.53%). (2)The majority of samples used to ware or purchase clothing from native woven fabrics of Phitsanulok (63.07%). Most of them made a decision to purchase the clothing due to product’s interesting (25.63%). They purchased every month (37.95%) with average buying price from 500 to 1,000 baht per item (40.95%). (3)Overall designed clothing satisfaction are in high level. The designed blazer has highest satisfaction score (  = 4.40,SD = 0.68) following by skirt ( = 4.38,   SD = 0.64) blouse   (  = 4.30,SD = 0.57) and slack (  = 4.29,SD = 0.56)
