Diagnosis of Learning Organization

Abstract
Learning Organization is the key success in a dynamic social and business environment. The purpose of this qualitative research is providing the evaluation of Learning Organization Profile (LOP) and the diagnosis of actual organization condition, with the five elements for cooperate learning. The action learning was applied to diagnose and reflect learning organization. Seventy-one Informants consisted of middle management executives of hospital and medical schools, which has implemented policies of building a learning organization. The results showed that the level of learning organization was lower than the standard of other previous studies. The executives reflected five actual organization problems: strategy, organization structure, organization communication, human resource development, and leadership and power in organization. Reflection addressed the major problems of leadership and seniority culture. Thus, this study suggested the leadership transformation as a significant starting point.
