Effects of Achievement Motivation on Employees’ Involvement in ABC Food Supplement Company having Monozukuri Manufacturing Culture

Abstract

The objectives of the research are 1) to study the level of achievement motivation on employees in ABC food supplement Company having Monozukuri manufacturing culture, and 2) to study the effects of achievement motivation on employees’ involvement in ABC food supplement Company having Monozukuri manufacturing culture. The study used quantitative methods by distributing a questionnaire to collect data from 349 employees of ABC food supplement Company. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics of Mean, Percentage, Frequency, and Standard Deviation, as well as using inferential statistics of simple regression analysis. The results indicated a high level of achievement motivation on employees in ABC food supplement Company having Monozukuri manufacturing culture, and the employees’achievement motivation affects their involvement in ABC food supplement Company having Monozukuri manufacturing culture at the significance of 0.05.
