Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the opinions of teachers and educational personnel towards the skills of basic education institution administrators in the 21st century in the wilderness on the highlands, under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 2) to compare the opinions of teachers and educational personnel on the skills of basic education institution administrators in the 21st century in the wilderness on the highlands, under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by gender, age, educational level, work experience, and school size
The samples used in this research were teachers and educational personnel in educational institutions. Basics in in the wilderness on the highlands, under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, the number of 226 people was determined by using the sample size criteria according to the tables of Krejcie and Morgan and the stratified random sampling by the educational institutions as the class to randomize the tools used. used as a questionnaire The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA test (F-test).
The results of the research showed that 1) teachers and educational personnel had an opinion that the administrators, and 2) the comparative effect of the opinions of teachers and education personnel on skills of basic education institution administrators in the 21st century in the wilderness on the highlands, under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3, the school sizes were significantly different at the .05 level.
