Relationship between Digital Leadership of School Administrators under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Education Area 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study digital leadership of school administrators, 2) to study educational institution effectiveness, and 3) to study the relationship between digital leadership of school administrators and educational institution effectiveness under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Area Office 1. The samples group in this research were 311 administrators and teachers. The rating scale questionnaire was used for collecting data, which had reliability at 0.974. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient.


          The results revealed that: 1) digital leadership of the school administrators was at a high level in the overall, namely: initiative of school administrators, supporting the use of digital technology in teaching and learning management of school administrators and the vision of technology in the digital age of school administrators, 2) the educational institution effectiveness was at a high level in the overall, namely: general administration, academic administration, and budget administration, and 3) the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and the educational institution effectiveness under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Area Office 1 had a statistically significant correlation at the .01 level.
