Factors Affecting the Success of Internal Quality Assurance Administration of Educational Institutions under office of the Private Education Commission in Chiang Rai

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools, 2) the success in internal quality assurance administration of schools, and 3) the relationship between the factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools and the success of internal quality assurance administration of schools. The sample consisted of 314 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel of schools under the office of the private education promotion commission, Chiang rai Province. The sample was selected using the Stratified Random Sampling. The school group was defined according to the proportion by comparing the proportion of the sample from the size of the population in each school. The school list was obtained using a simple random sampling method by drawing lots without replacement until the required amount is reached. Data were analyzed using statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis.

            The results of the research revealed that 1) the level of factors affecting the success of internal quality assurance administration of educational institutions in all aspects consisted of 10 factors as follows, factors in leadership of administrators, factors in the use of resources for learning teaching, organizational structure factors, budget factors, personnel factors, organizational culture factors, technology factors, motivation factors, participation factors, and environmental factors  communication 2) the level of success in managing the internal quality assurance of all educational institutions in all aspects. 3) factors affecting the success of the internal quality assurance administration of educational institutions in all aspects had a positive correlation with the level of success in the internal quality assurance administration of the educational institutions at a statistically significant level at .01 level
