A Study the Principles of Itthipatha 4 in the Management among School of Administrators According to Teachers' Perspectives Thoen District Educational Network Group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research article are 1) to study the use of the Principles of Itthipatha 4 by educational institution administrators according to the teacher's perspective, Thoen District Educational Network Group under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area, 2) to compare and find the relationship between the use of the Principles of Itthipatha 4 by school administrators according to teachers' perspectives, Thoen District Educational Network Group, and 3) apply the research results for the administration of educational institutions according to the Principles of Itthipatha 4 to be appropriate in the network of educational institutions in Thoen district. according to the current reality the research method user questionnaires. From a sample of 255 people, data were analyzed using a ready-made program.
The results of the research found that 1) According teachers' views toward the application of the Principles of Itthipatha 4 in the management of educational institution administrators. Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all 4 aspects of Chantha, Viraya, Citta, and Vimansa were at a high level. 2) Teachers with gender, age, educational qualifications and teaching experience and size of educational institution has a bearing on the application of the Principles of Itthipatha 4 in the management of educational institution administrators. Both overall are not different. When considering each aspect of gender, age, and teaching experience, and the size of the educational institutions is not different. When considering each aspect of educational background, which is different, which is in line with the research hypothesis, it was found that the Chanta, Wiriya, Cit-ta, Wimangsa were significantly different at the .05 level. The relationship of the Principles of Itthipatha 4 Chanta, Wiriya, chitta, and Wimansa were found to have a positive relationship with a statistical significance level of 0.01, which is in accordance with the hypothesis that These variables are factors that are related to the use of influence 4 and 3) results from the research study. Executives can apply it as a guideline for administration in educational institutions according to the Principles of Itthipatha 4, Thoen District Educational Institution Network Group. to be appropriate according to the current reality
