An Education of the Relationship of Instructional Leadership of School Administrators with Academic Administrative Effectiveness in Phayao Provincial Office of Learning Encouragement

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1)the leadership of educational institution administrators under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office 2) the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institution administrators under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office 3) the relationship between Leadership and the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institution administrators under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office Sample groups include: There were 144 teachers in educational institutions under the Phayao Provincial Learning Promotion Office, 9 places. The sample size was determined using Krejci and Morgan's ready-made tables. A stratified sampling method was used. Proportions were determined based on the size of the population in each center and simple random sampling was performed. The instrument used is a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. Statistics for analysis include percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Index value of consistency between questions and objectives and analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient.

            The results of the research found that 1) the academic leadership of educational institution administrators under the Office of Learning Promotion, Phayao Province, overall in each aspect was at a high level; 2) the level of effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion Know Phayao Province Overall, each aspect was at a high level. 3) Academic leadership of administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration. All aspects have a positive relationship with the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions under the Office of Learning Promotion, Phayao Province. Statistically significant at the .01 level.
