Crisis management in the political context of Thailand

Abstract

Crisis management in a political context has an important principle in effective crisis management, which is “political communication”. During an important incident, only operators must be aware of the situation quickly and with the least loss. The concept of crisis as a framework for crisis management must be implemented quickly in every step, whether it is controlling the potential of the crisis (Crisis), preparing for the Strategic planning management, and accepting the crisis (Crisis) that has occurred. This article aims to present the concept of crisis management in a political context in Thailand, which emphasizes the importance of crisis management in a political context in problem control, crisis resolution, and using the crisis as an opportunity to restore damage and restore faith in the institution to show responsibility to the public and maintain faith in the institution
