Synthesis of Factors Influencing Effectiveness of Organization in the Business Sector

This paper aim to synthesize factors influencing organizational effectiveness in the business sector based on the latest correlational research literature of business organizations. This research is documentary research using secondary data from the study of textbooks, documents, and articles from domestic and international databases during the years 2017-2021. A literature review is on the issues of effectiveness, competitive advantage, innovation, human capital management, corporate social responsibility social media and business adaptation. The results showed that competitive advantage directly affects effectiveness. It was also found that innovation directly affects effectiveness and indirectly affect the effectiveness through competitive advantage. While human capital management directly affects the effectiveness and indirectly affects the effectiveness through competitive advantages and through innovation. Corporate social responsibility also directly affects its effectiveness and indirectly affect the effectiveness through competitive advantage and through innovation. In addition, social media has a direct effect on effectiveness and indirectly on effectiveness through competitive advantage and through innovation. Ultimately, the business adaptation factor directly affects its effectiveness and indirectly affect effectiveness through competitive advantage and through innovation as well.
