Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the conceptual sources for the formation and application of the school of Political Economy and analysis of the model of the community economy. The results of the study revealed that the source of thought for the School of Political Economy during the social transition comes mainly from the theory of Narodniks and NeoNarodniks, which divides the economy into the  capitalist  and  non-capitalist  economy .  It is believed that the development of the community economy through the form of cooperation and mutual assistance instead of market and power mechanisms can bring happiness to the common people. The community economy model developed from the labor  of peasant household . It is intended to satisfy consumption. The position of the household economy is in the precapitalist or quasicapitalist development stage among market relations. Using the categorization, the price of goods can clearly see the pre-capitalist and capitalist economy. The co-ordination of the family economy's inputs is characterized by being able to be directly owned before the exchange, which is different from that of conventional hired labor. The coordination of the  household economy's inputs is characterized by being able to be directly owned before the exchange, which is different from that of conventional hired labor. The persistence of community organizations can extract the value of the produce or labor that is not the market price. The new findings are no longer needed to research the process of class differences in the peasant household  economy.Due to household labor aims for survival is in the form of production, non-capitalism, and the path of social development is not a step of the mode  of production. But it is an economic cycle that is mainly about the revolutionary advancement of technology.
