Scope

The journal accepts academic manuscripts in the field of law across various disciplines, including but not limited to Civil Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, Public Law, International Law, Tax Law, Natural Resources and Environmental Law, as well as knowledge from other related disciplines connected to legal studies, such as the administration of justice.

Types of Articles Accepted for Publication

1. Academic Articles
   Academic articles refer to manuscripts that present legal analysis or critique, both theoretical and practical, which contribute to the advancement of knowledge or can be applied in practice.

2. Thesis-Based Articles
   Thesis-based articles are manuscripts derived from a thesis, a part of a thesis, or an independent study.

3. Research Articles
   Research articles are manuscripts written based on legal research findings, articles that provide a summary or continuation of research results, or articles that constitute a part of a research project.

   Publication Schedule

   The Graduate Law Journal is published once a year, in December.

   Article Processing Fee

   Manuscripts submitted for publication in the Graduate Law Journal are subject to an article processing and peer-review fee of 2,500 Thai Baht per article. The author is required to pay the fee only after the manuscript has been preliminarily accepted for the peer-review process by qualified reviewers.

   Authors who are lecturers, researchers, or students of the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, are exempt from this fee.
