LEGAL MEASURES FOR CHARTER AIRLINE PASSENGER RIGHTS PROTECTION

Abstract

The problems of charter airline services and the certifying process affect the charter airline passengers’ rights. From comparative study of related laws of the U.S. and the European Union (the EU), that are prescribed, in order to propose the legal measures for protecting the charter airline passenger rights properly and sufficiently. Meanwhile, such legal measures shall not be an obstacle of the charter airline business.
