LEGAL MEASURES ON POLLUTANT RELEASE AND TRANSFER REGISTERS FROM FACTORY

This article aims to study the principles and core elements of the Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers (PRTR) system, together with international and foreign laws on PRTR and Thailand’s related laws, in order to analyze the problems in designing the system of PRTR from factory in Thailand and to propose legal measures on such system.
