Abstract

Class action on securities litigation is a new mechanism to redress group of investors which absolutely different from normal procedure. To use class action in securities lawsuits effectively, it is necessary to consider methods and define additional rules to be in line with securities characteristic case. In consequence, Securities class action will be fairly and adequately protect the investor’s interests.
