THE PROBLEM OF TIME FOR LITIGATE WITH ORGANIC ACT ON SUPPLEMENTING THE CONSTITUTION RELATING TO THE PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF CORRUPTION, B.E. 2561

Abstract

             Thailand has a big problem is corruption. The primary cause is the violation of official.  In  1997  Thailand has constitutional law.  The constitution law prescriptive have The office of the Commission of  Counter – Corruption for solve problem corruption in Thailand and take legal proceeding the official who performs duty wrongfully.B.E. 2542 Thailand has Organic Act on Supplementing the Constitution Relating to the Prevention and Suppression of Corruption, B.E. 2542   for operating misconduct in office case. After that amount of case is so high more than the officer can do and have an effect on the person charged until the missed period of litigation. B.E. 2561 has Organic Act on Supplementing the Constitution   Relating to the Prevention and Suppression of Corruption, B.E. 2561  this law to solve problems about time operate misconduct in office case.  This law prescribes time in either process but the time is not operated by law, only precipitate the case.
