บทคัดย่อ

The objective of this descriptive research were to study : (1) to determine
the level of positive psychological capital ,organization commitment and work
performance (2) to investigate the relationship of positive psychological capital
and organization commitment on work performance of nursing faculties,
southern Boromarajonani college of nursing
Stratified random sampling technique was used for selecting the study
sampling. There are 102 of nursing faculties have participated in this study.
The research instruments are comprising of 4 parts : 1) personal data 2)positive
psychological capital 3)organization commitment and 4) work performance .All
questionnaires have been corrected by 5 professiong who are expertise in this
field .In addition, these instruments were tested for reliabily by conbachalpha
coefficient and the results were 0.93,0.85,0.97 respectively. Data were analyzed
bypercentage, mean, standard devition and pearson product-moment
correlation coefficientThe research findings were : (1) Nursing faculties of Southern
Boromarjonani College of Nursing have high level of positive
psychological capital ( x_
=4.05, S.D.=0.40) and have medium level of
organization commitment ( x_
=3.32, S.D.=0.43) and have high level of work
performance( x_
=4.13,S.D.=0.47) (2) The positive psychological capital
was positively correlated with work performance satisfaction of nursing
faculties among Southern Boromarajonani College of Nursing (r=.629,
p<.01). and organization commitment correlated with work performance
satisfaction of nursing faculties of Southern Boromarajonani College
of Nursing with (r=.276, p<.01).
