Social Network and Political Orientation Influencing Civic Society in Northeastern Region of Thailand

Abstract
The research aims to Development a causal structural model between
social network and political orientation influencing civic society of people
in northeastern region of Thailand The sample representatives of this study
were a total of 596 people, elected by Multistage Random Sampling, living
in the region. Survey questionnaires, Reliability at 0.96, were employed
for data collection. The findings found in the study revealed that the casual
relationship were consistent with the empirical evidence, Chi-Square = 43.59,
Degree of Freedom = 32, P-Value = 0.083, RMSEA = 0.025, GFI = 0.99,
AGFI = 0.97, CFI= 1.00, NFI = 0.99, NNFI = 1.00, and CN = 487.86.
According to the assigned casual relationship, the social media communication
directly affected the political orientation and civic society strength, the statistical
significance at 0.01. The political orientation also directly influenced the people
organization strength, the statistical significance at 0.01; therefore, the social
media communication indirectly affected the civic society through the political
orientation, the statistical significance at 0.01.
