บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานของประชาชนท้องถิ่นชุมชนเกาะยาว
น้อย จังหวัดพังงา 2) การรับรู้ผลกระทบจากการท่องเที่ยวของประชาชนท้องถิ่น เกาะยาวน้อย จังหวัดพังงา
และ 3) กำหนดขีดความสามารถในการรองรับการท่องเที่ยวด้านสังคมวัฒนธรรม เกาะยาวน้อย จังหวัดพังงา
โดยใช้การประชุมกลุ่มย่อย และแบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชาชนท้องถิ่นเกาะยาวน้อย
จังหวัดพังงา ด้วยการกำหนดสัดส่วนและเก็บข้อมูลแบบบังเอิญ จำนวน 340 ตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิง
ปริมาณและคุณภาพ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประชาชนท้องถิ่นชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีช่วงอายุระหว่าง
51-60 ปี ประกอบอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวโดยอ้อม เช่น รับจ้างทั่วไป และประมง และคิดเห็นว่า
นักท่องเที่ยวในปัจจุบันมีจำนวนน้อยกว่าที่ต้องการ โดยประชาชนท้องถิ่นชุมชนเกาะยาวน้อยมีค่าเฉลี่ยการ
รับรู้ผลกระทบจากการท่องเที่ยวเท่ากับ -0.23 (S.D. = 0.28) ซึ่งหมายถึงมีการรับรู้ถึงผลกระทบทางลบจาก
การท่องเที่ยว เมื่อศึกษาขีดความสามารถในการรองรับการท่องเที่ยวด้านสังคมวัฒนธรรมด้วยการประเมินค่า
การเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ชัดเจน การสอบถามจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่ยอมรับได้ และการกำหนดระดับการรับรู้
ผลกระทบที่ยอมรับได้ พบว่า จำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่เหมาะสมเท่ากับ 333-559 คนต่อวัน ซึ่งเมื่อเปรียบเทียบ
กับจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวบนเกาะยาวน้อยในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2561 พบว่า จำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวปัจจุบันอยู่ใน
ระดับขีดความสามารถในการรองรับที่เหมาะสม
