บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ต่อไป 1) ไปยังการศึกษาวิจัยของพริกไทย ชื่อเสียง พันธกิจ และเป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัยต่างๆ ราชภัฏ 2) ไปยังการศึกษาวิจัยห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏในบางที พันธกิจ และเป้าหมายของมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างไม่เป็นทางการวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแหล่งกำเนิดใน... วิจัยรวมถึงมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎและตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือจำนวน 6 สิ่งนี้โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภาคตะวันออกธุรกิจเหนือตอนบน 3 สิ่งนี้และภาคตะวันออกทรัพย์สินหนือตอนล่าง 3 สิ่งนี้กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏจำนวน 18 ผู้ควบคุมดูแลห้องสมุด จำนวน 18 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง
ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเพื่อการพัฒนาในท้องถิ่น ข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้ความรู้คู่คุณธรรม ผู้นำด้านการบริการวิชาการแก่ท้องถิ่นมีบทบาทและไม่ได้ห้องสมุดในเพียงเล็กน้อย พันธกิจและเป้าหมายของ มหาวิทยาลัยที่สำคัญคือห้องสมุดระบบจัดเก็บและรวบรวมส่วนประกอบความรู้ที่หลากหลายและให้บริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศอย่างมีคุณภาพและการวิจัยการวิจัยของอาจารย์เป็นห้องเรียนโดยระบบความรู้ในกระบวนการทำงานของระบบการเรียนรู้และแหล่งการศึกษา การวิจัยของนักวิจัยวิจัยช่วยพัฒนาการวิจัยให้มีคุณภาพ ฐานข้อมูลให้ความรู้แก่อาจารย์ นักศึกษา และบุคคลทั่วไป สนับสนุนสารสนเทศแก่อาจารย์ในการบริการวิชาการและวิทยาการจัดเก็บข้อมูล เผยแพร่ และอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมวัฒนธรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยและท้องถิ่น
