Abstract

Real democracy has not perfected easily which need to requires a fairly long processto train people participating on politics by the incubation of the democratic political culture through a process of learning, education, training, cultivate and enlighten for believing in the way of democracy as the good behavior people according to democratic society, in particular, the political culture that is conducive to a democratic political system that affect to the structure and political behavior of people as a democratic life.
