Abstract

Because of changes in the economy and society, the role of women was changed, as a result, women have been accepted into a more social role whether politics, economy and society. Thai women began acting the executive from low to high such as the first female prime minister of Thailand as well as the executive roles of local governments in many places. Thus, the important role of women executives who are building on the success and the potential to be manifested as an executive as follows; the model of the community, the professional executive, the traditional practices person, the new innovation pioneer and the economic leaders.
