Abstract

The research aims to 1) analysis of social capital, contributing to the
management of community health and 2) develop guidelines for the application of social capital Against Community Health Management, Yo Sub-distric, Kham Khuean KaeoDistric, Yasothon province, The sample used in this study, 322 representative households, 24 key informants and 10 network health focus group participants. The instruments were in-depth Interviews, questionnaire and focus group questions. Statistics were percentage, standard deviation, explore factor analysis and also content analysis. The research found that the social capital contributing to the management of community health in Yo Sub-distric consists of, knowledge and wisdom, trustworthiness, health network and social norm. The original state of the health system. The state is also a form provided .The application of social capital or the movement to the management of community health consists of the following steps: 1) to perceive and realize the problem; 2) to experiment in order to bring about changes; 3) to plan and specify goals; 4) to gather and create a network; 5) to gather capital; 6) to take action and 7) to conclude and evaluate. The movement has been conducted through an activity set with the help of social capital inside the community which is the community forest. The guidelines for the application of social capital Against Community Health Management, Yo Sub-distric, Kham Khuean KaeoDistric, Yasothon province consists of health Promotion, prevention of disease and injury, health restoration and rehabilitation. The all of elements in question were possible, practical and useful at the highest level. The satisfaction in the guideline was found to be at the highest level.
