The medical evolution breeding affected to law of persons

Abstract

This article aims to study the medical evolution on breeding which technologies have currently offered a wide range on modern methods of fertility for helping the infertile couples to have children through the modern procedures of medicine. However, the law has related to such matters which it also is found on many problems in answering the legal issues, particularly the current law of persons in Thailand. Until there is the Act to protect children born by assisting the reproductive technology on medicine B.E. 2558 which it is enforced. Because the law is in new study it needs to understand the
importance of such legislation by comparison with the existing law, such as the law on individuals. To explain the difference and comparison of both laws, it will lead to the correct knowledge and understanding on the law. The article also seeks to explain the details of the Act as mentioned above.
