Information System Development for Monitoring and Evaluation Plans of Municipal District the North East Region

Abstract
The research aimed to explore the states and desirability of the information
system development for monitoring and evaluation plans of municipal
district the north east region, to construct the model to develop the information system, to assess the efficiency of the information system and to evaluate the
satisfaction in the information system in the study. The research instruments were the interview and the questionnaire. The subjects used to study the states and desirability were 369 committee members who monitored and evaluated
the development plans. The samples that evaluated the efficiency of the
information system were five experts in the information system. The
sample used in the experimental use of the information system was one district municipality. The samples used to evaluate the satisfaction in the system in question were 15 committee members of the municipality, the chair of the municipality council, and members of the council. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.The research found that the majority of the district municipalities in the north east region still lacked the information system to monitor and evaluate the annual performance plans of three months, to construct the model and develop the information system. The system in the study was found to be suitable at the highest level, efficient at the highest level and it was found that the satisfaction of the system users was at the highest level.
