The Model of Development of the Personnel Management Based Buddhist Principles in Small School under Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

ource administration of small sized school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan, 2. to develop a model of human resource administration based on Buddhadhamma of small sized school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan, and 3. to propose the development model of human resource administration based on Buddhadhamma of small sized school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by questionnaires from 261
samples and analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The qualitative data were collected from in-depth interview with 11 informants and analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
1. The human resource administration status of small sized school
administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan was at a high level totally. In
details, the highest level was on unqualified teachers, followed by multi-subject teaching, lack of morale and incentive, and career progress.
2. The development of a human resource administration model based on Buddhadhamma of small sized school administrators under Bangkok
Metropolitan: 1) In workforce plan; the three principles of Dominant Influence should be used, 2) In recruitment; qualified, capable and skillful personnel must be recruited, 3) In work efficiency; material, instrument and working tools should be provided to personnel, and 4) In rule of law; rules, law and regulations should be enforced appropriately.
3. The model of human resource administration based on Buddhadhamma of small sized school administrators under Bangkok Metropolitan was that:
1) The application of three principles of Dominant Influence in workforce plan,2) The application of the principles Brahmavihara Dhamma in the
recruitment system,3) The application of four paths of accomplishment in work efficiency improvement, and 4) The application of the five precepts in rule of law and discipline. The body of knowledge in human resource administration based on Buddhadhamma could be concluded into “BPMM Model”.
