The problems of the acknowledgement of the right in the criminal justice process of students in Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University

Abstract

The objectives of this research are as 1) To study the acknowledgement
of the right of the students in the criminal justice process, 2) To study the problems of the acknowledgement of the right of the students in the criminal justice process and 3) To suggest the guide of giving more right in the process of criminal justice process for the students. The results of the research are as follows: There are eleven departments for questionnaire collecting, there are five departments of getting more average to acknowledge of the right of the students in the criminal justice process than the average scores of the students in UbonRatchathaniRajabhat university, it is X_= 3.28 as followsFaculty of Law
( X_=4.00 ) , Faculty of Education ( X_=3.50 ) , Faculty of Nursing ( X_= 3.48 ) ,
Faculty of Humanities and Social Science (X_= 3.33 ), Faculty of Computer
Science ( X_= 3.33 ). For five mentioned faculty, there are the subjects
concerned with the right in the justice process both direct and indirect such as in the faculty of law, there is the subject of human right in the criminal justice process both in the section of law and the section of the law and social
administration which concernswith the human rightin criminal justice.
