Abstract
Abstract
This article aims to study the development of Buddhism. Know the Buddhist principles for development. And the development of Buddhist administration. The purpose is to study the development of Buddhism. And the management style of Buddhism. The study indicated that the development of Buddhism is (1) The Four Noble Truths (2) The Four Noble Truths (4) The Four Principles of the Four Noble Truths and the pattern of sovereignty. 3 It was found that the implementation of democratic principles in the management before the present society has adopted this form of management used to manage the development. "Democracy".
