The Guidelines for Participatory Development of Education Administration of Mahamakut Buddhist University, Yasothon Religious Study College

Abstract

This research article aims to study the development of participatory educational administration, to compare the guidelines for the development of participatory educational administration and to suggest the guidelines for development of participatory educational administration of Yasothon Religious College of Mahamakut Buddhist University. 313 lectures, staffs and students of Yasothon Religious College of Mahamakut Buddhist University were selected as the population and purposive sampling technique was evrployed The questionnaire was used for data collection. The percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test were used for data analysis. The double difference was tested by LSD (Least-Significant Different). The research found that: in overview, the opinion on the development of participatory educational administration was at a high level. By hypothesis testing with different sex, age, and education, the opinions on the development of participatory educational administration were not different. It should be coordinated with the community leaders to clarify the educational policy and let the communities to participate in teaching and learning by inviting a local guest speaker whid is knowledseble about local wisdom.
