A Study of the development level of learning in accordance with the National Higher Education Standards Framework (TQF) by using teaching styles in subjects that emphasize lectures of undergraduate students Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purpose of Research were 1) study the level of development of learning outcomes according to the national higher education qualifications framework (TQF) for undergraduate students Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University by using the teaching style in the lecture-focused group. 2) study the level of development of learning outcomes according to the national higher education qualifications framework (TQF) for undergraduate students Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University by using teaching styles in the practical subjects. 3) study the size of the results from the teaching styles in the lecture-oriented subjects in raising the learning outcomes of learners according to the national higher education qualifications framework (TQF). 4) the study of the size of the results from the teaching styles in the practical subjects in raising the learning outcomes of learners according to the national higher education qualifications framework (TQF). 5) the study of the level of satisfaction of learners towards teaching styles in both lecture-oriented subjects and practical subjects by conducting research into 2 groups: teaching styles in lecture-oriented subjects and practical subjects. The sample used in this research is undergraduate students of Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University registered with a teacher who is a volunteer for research derived from a specific selection with details of the courses taught and the number of students. Research instruments include 1) Lesson Plan of SUI Model 2) Lesson Plan of IK Model 3) Lesson Plan of 5K Model 4) Lesson Plan of 5B Model 5) Lesson Plan of PPP+P Model 6) Lesson Plan of KDA Model 7) Lesson Plan of PC Model 8) Lesson Plan of SIC Model 9) record and collect research results form. Data analysis using content analysis for qualitative data and calculate basic statistics for quantitative data.
The research found that 1. The results of the development of learning outcomes under Thailand Qualifications Framework (TQF) utilizing the traditional lecture method found that 1) The teaching styles that supported the learners’ moral and ethical development at a very high level were IK Model that made the learners have the excellent score in overall and SUI Model that made the learners’ development a good level; the learners had the very good score in overall 2) The teaching style that made the learners have a very high level of knowledge development was IK Model, and the learners had the good overall score. Every model enhanced the learners to develop their skills, and the overall score was at a quite good to a good level. 3) The teaching styles that enabled the learners to develop cognitive skill at a very high level were IK Model and 5B Model, and the learners had the very good overall score. Every model enhanced the learners to have cognitive development at the high level and higher. The overall score was at the good level to the very good level. 4) The teaching styles that enabled the learners to develop skill of the correlation between person and responsibilities at a very high level were SUI Model and 5B Model, and the overall score of the learners was at the good level. And 5) the teaching style that enabled the learners to develop in numerical analytical, communicative and technological skills at a very high level was 5K Model, and the learners had the overall score at the very good level. SUI Model made the learners develop at a high level, and the learners had a good overall score 2. The results of the development of learning outcomes under Thai qualifications framework (TQF) utilizing teaching styles in the subjects focusing on practical learning found that 1) The teaching style that enabled the learners to have moral and ethical development were at the very high level was SIC Model, and the learners had the very good overall score. 2) The teaching styles that made the learners have a very high level of knowledge development were SIC Model that made the learners have the overall score at the very high level and KDA Model that made the learners develop at a good level, but the overall score was still at the fair level. 3) The teaching styles that enabled the learners to develop cognitive skill at the very high level were SIC Model and PC Model, and the learners had the overall score at the good and very good level, respectively. Every model enhanced the learners to develop cognitive skill at the higher level, and the overall score was at a good level to a very good level 4) teaching styles that enabled the learners to develop skill of the correlation between person and responsibilities at a very high level were SIC Model and KDA Model, and the learners had the overall score at the very good level and good level respectively. And 5) Every teaching style enabled the learners to develop numerical analytic, communicative and technological skills at the high level, especially SIC Model and PC Model, which developed the learners’ overall score at the very good level. 3. The study of the sizes of the results from teaching styles of the subjects focusing on the lecture method for developing the learning outcomes of the learners under Thailand Qualifications Framework (TQF) found that 1) The teaching style that could develop moral and ethical learning outcomes efficiently was IK Model. The size of the results was very large. 2) Every teaching style could develop knowledge learning outcomes efficiently. The sizes of the results were very large. 3) Every learning style could develop cognitive learning outcomes efficiently. The sizes of the results were very large. 4) Every teaching style that could develop the learning outcomes of the correlation between person and responsibilities efficiently was KDA Model and SIC Model. The size of the results was very large. 5) The learning styles that could develop numerical analytic, communicative and technological learning outcomes were SUI Model, which the size of its result was very large and 5K Model, which the size of its result was very large. 4. The study of the sizes of the results from teaching styles of the practical subjects for developing the learning outcomes of the learners under Thailand Qualifications Framework (TQF) found that 1) The teaching style that could develop moral and ethical learning outcomes efficiently was SIC Model. The size of the results was very large. 2) Most teaching styles could develop knowledge learning outcomes efficiently. The sizes of the results were very large, except the size of the results of PPP + P was moderate. 3) Every learning style could develop cognitive learning outcomes efficiently. The sizes of the results were very large. 4) The teaching style that could develop the learning outcomes of the correlation between person and responsibilities efficiently was KDA Model and SIC Model. The size of the results was very large. 5) Every learning style could develop numerical analytic, communicative and technological learning outcomes. The sizes of the results were very large. 5. The learners’ satisfaction towards teaching style in the lecture-oriented subjects method found that the overview of every model of the learners’ satisfaction was at the very good level. The teaching styles that the learners were most satisfied with were 5K Model followed by 5B Model and SUI Model, and the averages of satisfaction were 4.40, 4.34 and 4.11 in order. The learners’ satisfaction towards teaching style in the practical subjects indicated that the overview of every model of the learners’ satisfaction was at the very good level. The teaching styles that the learners were most satisfied with were KDA Model followed by SIC Model and PC Model, and the averages of satisfaction were 4.93, 4.00 and 3.98 in order.
