Preretirement Preparation of Officer in the National Housing Authority : A Case Study of Officer in Head Office

Abstract
The research on the Preretirement Preparation of Officer in the
National Housing Authority: A Case Study of Officer in Head Office. The results were reported that the most of the employees were females, 45-49 years old, the education in bachelor degree and the general administrative officer. In the social factors, the employees had a high level in the relationship with family (3.95). In the retirement plans, the employee had a medium level in the overall retirement plans (3.26). The factors hadassociated with the
retirement plans were age, salary per month, the number of before retirement, the information of the retirement plans, the public participation, the relationship with family and the social support from friends. However, the factors which could predict the retirement plans were age, the information of the retirement plans and the public participation, respectively.
