The Causal Relationship of Affecting the Factors Efficiency of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (The Gem and Jewelry) in Bangkok and Metropolitan

Abstract
This research has the following objectives: 1) to check the consistency of the causal model of business efficiency 2) to study ways to increase business efficiency (The Gem and Jewelry) SMEs in Bangkok and Metropolitan Region. Through action research is mixed method of quantitative research with
qualitative research. The research questionnaires and interviews. The samples used in the research, quantitative research, qualitative research of 620 persons with a total of 12 key informants were analyzed by confirmatory factor
analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative content analysis. The researchers found that the pattern consists of 3 elements, the relationship is consistent with empirical data. The Chi - Square at 70.05, P-Value of 0.0583, CFI was 0.997, GFI was 0.984, AGFI equals 0.969, RMR equal to 0.0078, 0.0228 and RMSEA equal. The side with the highest weight value. Knowledge
