To study desirable characteristics of graduates in accordance with the needs of Entrepreneurs in the hotel industry

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study general characteristics. To study the desirable characteristics of graduates in accordance with the needs of Entrepreneurs in the hotel industry, according to the Thai Qualifications Framework in 5 aspects. Data were collected from 32 hotels which service both accommodation and restaurant in Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province by using questionnaire then analyzed the data By using descriptive statistics. The results of the study revealed that general characteristics of desirable graduates in general were at a high level which is most desirable in doing activities or joining a club. The study of the opinions of the desirable graduates according to the Thai Qualifications Framework in 5 aspects in general were the highest level of morality and ethics in which the operation with honesty is at the highest level.
