Guidelines for developing access to social welfare for people in Rai Noi Sub-District, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

     The objectives of this research were 1) study the situation and problems of accessing social welfare of people in the area of Rai Noi Subdistrict Mueang District Ubon Ratchathani Province 2) propose a guideline for developing access to social welfare of people in the area of Rai Noi Subdistrict Mueang District Ubon Ratchathani Province A sample of 392 people and eight interview forms for government officials working on social welfare were used. Descriptive statistics were used. Analyze frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation values. analyze the data and write descriptive statistics. The personal information of the sample group found that most of the informants were female. The ages of most informants were 31-40 years old. Most of the respondents' education level  undergraduate Most of the jobs are in the private sector.

     The study found that Overall access to welfare was at a high level. The results can be analyzed that people in Rai Noi Subdistrict, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province can access a lot of welfare It also found that some groups of people are unable to access social welfare. because they do not know what social welfare rights they have lack of understanding Problems in acknowledging information from the government sector And there are also those who are unable to travel to the office. including those who cannot use smartphones causing the loss of rights Therefore, improving access to social welfare will be possible by increasing the number of personnel dedicated to social welfare. along with establishing a counseling center in the community Increasing technology and digital budgets Add a way to proceed through the application. Especially publicizing the news of social welfare. And there is a survey of the omission of permissions.
