The Social Welfare Management Approach : Government : Community Organization

Abstract

The current trends of social changed caused the social welfare aspects of the welfare state. Part of the problem faced important
together is the state could not burden budget expenses of Social welfare services increased unexpectedly. The services program was feature of Public Assistance could not meet the real needs and problems to
disadvantaged social groups, so that, the Government has been
trying to place the Social Safety Net which covers all people in society instead of social welfare services for the disadvantaged social groups
especially the Immediate Welfare, thus, the movement groups and
activists pushing for social welfare systems are more diverse forms. It started with a small group who realize the importance of creating a system of social security for themselves such as the Community
Welfare Fund relies on the fundraising potential of the community; it is the flexible services management model which could solve problems and needs of the community into the mainstream.
