The Customer’s Satisfaction in Thai Massage Service Quality in Muang Mahasarakham, Mahasarakham Proviance

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the satisfaction of a Thai massage that municipalities in Mahasarakham province. The sample consisted of 400 customers. And the queries of the statistics used in data
analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (ANOVA). The result showed that the uses of Thai massage are satisfied with the quality of the Thai massages that municipality in Mahasarakham province in the high level. The users with the different age, status, levels of education, professional and the monthly income satisfied with the quality of Thai massage as a whole and the different aspects that are statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
