THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN APPLICATION FOR LEARNING MUSICAL INSTRUMENT SKILL ON TABLET: MONG WAI

Abstract

  The objectives of the research entitled “The Development of an Application for Learning Musical Instrument Skill on Tablet: Mong Wai” are 1) to develop an application of Mongwai for learning on tablet and 2) to investigate the satisfaction level of the users who learned with an application of Mongwai for learning on tablet

          The results of the current study are as follow:

1. The researcher is able to develop the learning application on tablets to enchance student’ musical instrument skill. The main contents included in the application are the history of Mongwai musical instrument and the Mongwai musical instrument simulation system. This application can be operated on both IOS and Android system.

       2. The results about learning satisfaction of 20 students of Department of Thai Music and Asian. Music                 who used the learning application of Mongwai on tablet show that the level of Satisfaction is at the                   highest level. (X̅ = 4.60, SD. = 0.52)
