This analysis and interpretation of Cello Suite No. 2 in D minor intended to study and interpret the details of the song in order to develop a better-quality performance. The analysis also provides approaches to playing and gaining an understanding of the music, which is essential in communicating to the audience precisely what the composer intended. The form of Cello Suite No. 2 in D minor, including all 6 movements, has different styles. In addition, the rhythmic patterns differed according to the genre of dance music during the Baroque period and gave different moods.
